1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PullOff ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PullOff is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to visualize how clothing items might look on them. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate composite images based on photos provided by users.

3. User Accounts

To use PullOff, you must create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscriptions and Credits

Credit System

PullOff uses a credit-based system. Each virtual try-on generation consumes one credit. Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier:

• Free: 7 credits (one-time)
• Explorer: 25 credits per month, or 75 credits per quarter
• Influencer: 75 credits per month, or 225 credits per quarter

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Credits do not roll over - they reset each billing cycle
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PullOff to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Create inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for providing the virtual try-on service.

Generated Content

AI-generated try-on images are provided for your personal use. You may share these images, but we make no guarantees about their accuracy or suitability for any purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PullOff uses artificial intelligence to generate images. Results may vary and may not accurately represent how clothing will look in real life. Generated images are for visualization purposes only and should not be relied upon for purchasing decisions. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
